THE SHOPRIDER CAMEO 4 HAS BEEN AN EXCELLENT MOBILITY SCOOTER HAVING TAKEN IT ABROAD TWICE IT HAS STOOD UP TO ALL TERAINS. ONLY QUIBLES IS IT WON\'T GO OVER KERBS OR LOW VERGES AND THE BATTERY IS HELD IN PLACE WITH VELCRO WITH SPRING CONTACTS WHICH CAN LEAD TO IT STOPPING. THE BATTERY HAS NOW BEEN MODIFIED AND A CHEAP CONVERSION IS AVAILABLE FOR OLDER MODELS ( I HAVE HAD MINE FOR 2 YEARS) IT COMES APART AND CAN BE FITTED IN THE SMALLEST OF BOOTS.
